According to the requirements of the Implementation Plan of Guangxi University to Develop Research Assistant Positions to Absorb graduates' Employment, the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Guangxi University is now recruiting research assistant positions:

1. Research assistants are mainly engaged in auxiliary research of scientific research projects, experimental (engineering) technology, transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and academic and financial reimbursement.

Second, the position of scientific research assistant is for 2020 undergraduate and master graduates, and the employment follows the principles of open recruitment, two-way selection, equality and voluntalism, and merit-based employment.

Number of recruits: 7. During the period of employment, the scientific research assistant shall be managed according to the temporary employment personnel of Guangxi University, sign the labor contract, and shall not be included in the establishment management of Guangxi University.

Iv. The management, assessment, remuneration and social insurance of the hired scientific research assistants shall be implemented in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of the Employment of scientific Research Assistants of Guangxi University.

5. The specific salary standards for research assistants shall be determined by the research project team according to the job responsibilities and tasks of the research assistants, and dynamically adjusted according to the actual work performance of the research assistants. The minimum salary for 2020 graduates as research assistants is 4,000 yuan/month for doctoral graduates, 3,000 yuan/month for master's graduates, and 2,500 yuan/month for bachelor's graduates. If the research assistant is unable to work full time, the salary can be converted to the hourly rate of working 20 days per month and 8 hours per day according to the actual settlement.
